There is no love and no joy, if there is no sleep!
My favorite parenting book, which has greatly reduced the number of bedtime battles at our house, is "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child".... And might I add Happy Home. A friend of mine in Arizona told me about it when RoWan was a baby, and now I recommend it to anyone that has ever experienced any kind of sleep issues with their children. It is full of insights that simply make sense to me. We have a house full of good sleepers with early bedtimes. "There is beauty all around" (most of the time).

This book saved me in so many ways! You and Eric gave it to us when we had Malyn. I can't tell you how many times I have read this book. Malyn is not perfect, but she is a lot better because of that book. I have recommended it to all my friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful gift!
We love this. It makes us feel like we are a part of your life again. It's wonderful to see that our camping experiences are now part of our kids lives. We went camping with Allison and Chris to Bear Lake over the 4th. MEMORY JOGGER - Remember when your Dad didn't make the reservations for us at Colter Bay and we had to stay in the rangers station the first night? We did do a good job of parking in front of the "NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING" sign so it couldn't be seen and getting out of there before the rangers showed up the next morning! We did know how to have a good time. This is sent with our love. D&K
